Licensing

WordPress Themes
All of our WordPress themes in our gallery are licensed under the GPL license, this means they (theme or themes) can be used on as many websites as our users or customers like. All of our theme elements such as CSS and images are also licensed under the GPL license.

PhotoShop Files
PhotoShop (.PSD) files for our themes are not licensed under the GPL, and they should not be redistributed in any way. These files are licensed under AliveThemes.com

Theme Upgrading & Extra Features

Some of our themes at AliveThemes.com offer extra features on top of the wide range of features they already offer. Extra features like access to .PSD files, extra theme options, extra custom pages and other goodies. “Unlocking” a theme simply means adding extra capability to the theme, that was not there in the first place. Some extra features are already inside the theme files, usually the theme options, while others are added as separate files after you upgrade (such as custom additional pages or skins).
